Domain registration, renewal fees, premium plugins, paid third-party tools, and email services are not included unless stated in the project agreement. After the first year, hosting and support may continue under a managed care plan.

Our maintenance plans are built for small business owners who need light ongoing support after their website is launched. Choose the plan that matches how much help you need each month.
Website Check-In
$10

For business owners who want basic peace of mind. Includes a monthly website check, link and button review, contact form test, mobile display check, broken image check, and one minor text update per month.
For business owners who want stronger ongoing support. Includes everything in the Check-In Plan, plus up to three minor updates per month, review and testimonial uploads, basic SEO title and meta checks, priority email support, and a faster turnaround.
Minor updates include simple text changes, image swaps, button and link updates, testimonial uploads, small section edits, and basic content adjustments.
Maintenance plans do not include full redesigns, new pages, advanced animations, custom code rebuilds, e-commerce setup, booking system setup, or major layout changes. Those services are quoted separately.
Maintenance updates are handled during business days. Unused monthly updates do not roll over. Maintenance plans are available for websites built or approved by We Design Studio.
If a request falls outside the monthly maintenance plan, We Design Studio will provide a separate quote before starting the work.

We Design Studio builds each website around an approved visual direction, layout system, and user experience. Revision requests are welcome, but they must stay within the approved direction. We operate on honesty. Here is exactly how we work, what each project includes, and what happens at every step of the process — before you spend a dollar.
Payment Structure
Small projects (under $750): 100% upfront may be required.
Websites & branding: 50% deposit to start. 50% before launch or final file delivery.
Enterprise builds: 40% deposit → 30% at midpoint → 30% before final delivery.
Final files, launch, and handoff are not released until final payment is complete.
Affirm payment options may be available for eligible projects. Approval and terms are handled by Affirm — not We Design Studio.
Revisions
Every project includes a defined number of revision rounds based on the package.

Revisions outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
