Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

At We Design, we take pride in delivering polished, intentional work that elevates your brand. We’re confident in our process, but if you’re not satisfied with the final deliverables after all agreed-upon revisions have been made, we offer a full refund of your initial deposit.

Here’s how it works:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the project and reserve your spot in our schedule.

  • We include up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions may require a fee.

  • If, after all revisions within scope are completed, you feel the work does not meet the agreed creative direction or project brief, you may request a refund within 5 business days of receiving final assets.

  • At that time, no deliverables may be used or published. Once a refund is issued, all intellectual property reverts to We Design.

  • No refunds will be granted after final approval or delivery of files for live use.

This policy ensures we’re fair, flexible, and respectful of your time and investment while honoring the creative process.
